Bounsa’s life journey is a testament to profound transformation. Once deeply entrenched in the world of gangs and drug cartels, he navigated through addiction, violence, and multiple incarcerations. However, his path took a drastic turn when he found healing at the MN Adult + Teen Challenge. Today, as a Pastor and influential leader at MNTC, Bounsa’s story serves as a beacon of hope, inspiring others with his message of redemption and the possibility of a new beginning. I work for Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge at the Minneapolis campus as a Client Care Manager.

Chuck is Bounsa’s mentor. Bounsa’s journey to freedom and faith left a huge impact on Chuck’s life. Chuck is married with three adult children. He had a career in investments and owned a small business. His time is now spent with family, friends, faith-based activities, a variety of investments, and non-profit work.
