Randy McPherson is from Wisconsin where he lives with his wife Susan.  They have four children, all of which act more grown up and mature than their father.

Randy has been described as a serial entrepreneur.  Over the last 30 years he has started and grown several companies that have generated collectively over 5 billion dollars in revenue.  One company he started for $30,000 is now doing almost $1 Billion a year.
