Has anyone taught you God’s laws of marriage? Andy Leenstra believes the first laws are found in Genesis 2:24-25. Leenstra’s ministry began in 1985, when he and his wife Deanna were struggling relationally. Although both were believers, and he a minister at the time, they realized there were areas of their heart that harbored sin, hurt, lies and bad habits. They set out to find the kind of relationship that Jesus taught and modeled. Their program offers practical marriage enrichment tools that center around the Word. By using prayer journaling, marriage satisfaction surveys and Jesus centered conflict resolution Leenstra says that more than 90% of the marriages that have followed the program and do the homework have succeeded.
